School Facilities Management Plan According to the Alleviated Distancing Policy

Greetings in Jesus Christ.

We are notifying the school facilities management plan according to the alleviated distancing in daily life and implemented on-campus lectures.

 

1. Intramural Sports facilities open (limited to internal members by appointment system based on a first-come-first-served manner)

  1. Period: May 11th,2020 (Mon) ~ June 19th, 2020 (Fri)
  2. Facilities: weight room, table tennis room *registration for weight room link: http://reurl.kr/1FC7D487IU

Regulations for Intramural Sports Facilities Distancing in daily life
  • Sports facilities entry would be prohibited without mask.
  • Do febrile check and fill in the entrance control ledger at the entrance gate.
  • 1 session per day (2 hours), maximum 5 people in 1 session (first-come-first-served booking by registration system)
  • Disinfect and quarantine the fitness machines after using them. (use equipped spraying disinfectant & paper towel)
  • Maintain the distance among users when using fitness machines.
  • For other matters, please follow the instructions of the administrator.

 

Regulations for Intramural Sports Facilities Distancing in daily life
  • Sports facilities entry would be prohibited without mask.
  • Receive key at Luce Center for the Global Church (Febrile check and fill in the entrance control ledger)
  • Register by registration system
  • use equipped spraying disinfectant & paper towel (sporting apparatus such as rackets and balls should be frequently disinfected by users during play)
  • Maintain the distance among users when using fitness machines.

 

2. Extramural Sports facilities open (limited to internal members and alumni)

  1. Period: May 11th,2020 (Mon) ~ June 19th, 2020 (Fri)
  2. Facilities: schoolyard, basketball court, tennis court
  3. Fill in the entrance control ledger (North gate security office), observe the quarantine regulations such as wear masks, maintain distance among users

 

3. Facility rental

  1. From July 1st, 2020 (Wed), only open to the registrees under the condition of observation of COVID-19 quarantine regulation.

 

4. Cafeterias (for faculties, for students): extended operation hour from May 11th (since the implementation of on-campus classes)

  1. Faculties cafeteria
    1) Current: 12:00 ~ 13:00 / partition in the midst of table, skip one seat between people
    2) Alteration: 11:50 ~ 13:00 (staff), 12:20 ~ 13:30 (students) / partition in the midst of table, skip one seat between people (limited on Monday)
  2. Students cafeteria
    1) Current: 12:00 ~ 13:30 / partition in the midst of table, skip one seat between people
    2) Alteration: 11:30 ~ 12:30/ 12:30~13:30/ 13:30~14:30/ partition in the midst of table, skip one seat between people (limited on Monday)
