PUTS’ Crisis Response System
Crisis Response Procedure
PUTS’ crisis response level is divided into four stage: Attention, Caution(Yellow), Warning(Orange), Severe(Red).
In the event of a crisis, the president determines the level of crisis response by identifying the crisis level with the director of the Planning and Information Department and the Secretary General.
Director of the planning and Information Department, along with the appointed professors (directors) and the Secretary General, along with heads of department set the counteraction details and guidelines to meet the crisis response stage (expanded meetings can be held if necessary). At this stage, it is possible to include professors and department managers related to the crisis.
The basic system of Crisis Response consists of ‘students support (including department of Spirituality Formation)’, ‘administrative support’, ‘facilities support’, and ‘public relations’.
The corresponding department prepares and implements detailed manuals according to the crisis response information and guidelines.
